Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
We are looking forward to hosting the 3rd annual Frio Friday Night Lights XC Meet on the campus of Sealy HS on Friday, Aug 18th. This will be a night run with lights on the course.
We will have an Elite 5A/6A Division and a High School 1A-4A Division. The Elie Division will run a 4K and the High School Division will have the boys run a 4K and the girls will run a 1.5 Miles.
I will send out a password to all those who are coming for you to sign runners up on mile split. This will be a rolling start.

6:30 p.m. HS JV Girls 1.5 Miles
6:50 p.m. HS JV Boys 4K
7:10 p.m. Elite JV Girls 4K
7:30 p.m. Elite JV Boys 4K
7:55 p.m. Hs Varsity Girls 1.5 Miles
8:20 p.m. HS Varsity Boys 4K
8:45 p.m. Elite Varsity Girls 4K
9:10 p.m. Elite Varsity Boys 4K
Check in will be in the High School Foyer. Teams can set up camp in the grass part of the track . Water will be provided at the finish line. We will have a trainer on site.
Awards Team: Team Champion plaque will be rewarded in each division.
Individual: Awards for top 15 runners in each divisions
Entry Fees Varsity:
$100/team or $15/individual (less than 5)
Junior Varsity: $100/team or $15/individual (less than 5)
Maximum of $350 per school if entered in all divisions

Entries Varsity: 10 runners maximum
Junior Varsity: Unlimited
The deadline for rosters is Monday, Aug 14, 202.
