Meet Information

MEET DATE: 21 February 2024

In case of weather delay, make-up is on 22 February 2024, and the JH Meet will be rescheduled for a future date.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Entry fee is $150.00 for a division or $600.00 for all four divisions. Ingram will allow UIL Eligible Runners to participate but must wear sponsored/approved school uniforms at $25 per individual.

AWARD INFORMATION

Medals will be awarded in all divisions 1st -3rd place for all running events and field events.

Award presentations will take place on the main field shortly after each event for Varsity runners. Junior Varsity award winners will be announced and handed their awards at the award presentation area under the scoreboard near the far endzone.

Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place team in each division. Trophies will be presented on the field after the track meet.

MEET INFORMATION

It will be a finals-only meet, and all running event seedings will be based on team selection of individual 1-3 rankings. Varsity and JV field event competitors will be allowed 4 jumps and 4 throws.  Athlete's final certified throw will be measured.

A coaches' meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the foyer of the Main Gymnasium. The 3200M will start at 3:30 pm and the field events will start at 3:35 pm. Running events are to begin 30 minutes after the field events are over.

Only participants and coaches will be allowed on the infield. All camps are required to be set up out of the track area. Instruct athletes that spare starting blocks and hurdles will be made available for practice runs DO NOT remove equipment from pre-staged areas.

See the map included in the meet packet for locations of bathrooms/restrooms for use during the track meet. Please keep athletes from the hospitality area in the Main Gymnasium's foyer.

CONCESSIONS

Our Warrior Booster Club is responsible for running the concession stand and will be offering a meal deal. If interested please provide the total number of athletes coming, and then we will have that amount of tickets waiting for you at the concession stand. They will give you the tickets and the athletes will use the ticket to get their meal. Any left-over tickets can be returned to the concession stand at the end of the night. MEET REGISTRATION

Track For Life LLC, (T4L) (https://trackforlife.com/) is responsible for the registration of participants through Texas Milesplit. T4L is providing us with Fully Automatic Timing (FAT)/FinishLynx and Hy-Tek's meet management systems to provide fast and accurate live results. T4L will reach out and provide registration weeks in advance of the meet and be available during the Coahes meeting to address any changes.
