Mansfield Timberview Wolves 6-Mile Relay
August 9, 2024
Dear Coach,
The Timberview Cross Country teams would like to invite you to a 4-Person 6 Mile Relay (4 X 1.5 MILES) at Mansfield Sports Complex on August 9, 2024.This is an exciting format that will give the athletes drive to get ready for the 2024 season.
You may enter any remaining individuals in the Varsity or JV (girls or boys) individual division. They will run with the first legs of each division and they will get an individual time.
Schedule
**PLEASE NOTE A TIME CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS**
Registration (At Course) 6:30 am
Varsity Girls 7:30am
Varsity Boys 7:35am
JV Girls 8:30am
JV Boys 8:35am
**No Charter or Private schools, per MISD policy**
Awards
Champion Banners will be awarded to all winning teams. Medals will be awarded for 1st-3rd place teams in each division. Each member of the relay team will receive a medal.
Meet Entries
Entries will be done on-line using TX.MILESPLIT. The service is free. Please set accounts up early to avoid any technology difficulties. If you have any questions, please refer them to rebekahmorrison@misdmail.org
For any team short of 4 athletes, the athletes will run the first leg of the race (no double racing to fill in team). They will have a chip time provided. Please have entries done by 12:00 pm on Wednesday 8/7/24.
Entry Fees
Entry fee is $50 per 4 person team with a $ Max fee of $400 per high school (boys and girls).This includes Varsity and Junior Varsity. $15 for individuals. Entry fees are due at meet registration on, Friday August 9th
