Dear Coach:

You and your team are cordially invited to participate in Charger Relays at Clear Springs High School on Friday, March 22, 2024.

Registration: Entries will be submitted via MileSplit. The entry deadline will be noon, on Wednesday, March 20. Heats will be based on entry times. Please be accurate.

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $60.00 per team ($120 for the entire school) for those in the athletic agreement. $100 per gender ($200 for the school) for those not in the athletic agreement. Entry fee is to be paid no later than the day of the meet at packet pick up on Friday afternoon.

Timing: Fully automatic timing will be utilized.  

Hospitality: There will be a hospitality room for coaches and workers.

Scoring: Points will be awarded to the 1st-6th place finishers. (10-8-6-4-2-1). Double points for relays (20-16-12-8-4-2)

Awards: Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each event. A plaque will be awarded to the winning team in each division. All awards can be picked up from the press box at the conclusion of the meet.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located by the concession stand.

Team Camps: Team camps may be set up outside the fence near the entrance of the track. Please clean up your camp area before you leave. Trash bags will be provided.

Parking: Buses may drop off athletes in front of the baseball field and park in the back of the school along the practice fields.

Admission: $5 for adults $3 for students
