PLEASE REGISTER YOUR TEAM ASAP IF YOU PLAN TO COME. Individual entries are due by Aug. 20 at NOON.

9:00 am Div. 1 HS Boys 5K
9:30 am Div. 1 HS Girls 5K
10:00 am Div. 2 HS Boys 5K
10:30 am Div. 2 HS Girls 3200m
11:00 am Jr. High Boys 3200m
11:30 am Jr. High Girls 3200m
COST: $10 per runner. Pay by mail or at the meet.

-Complimentary breakfast & snacks for coaches
-Water bottles for finishers
-First aid station
-Lead & trail vehicles
-The nature trail path portion of the course is too narrow for spectators & coaches...only athletes & guide vehicles are allowed. There will be course monitors and a timer at the 1-mile mark, and the course is very well marked.
