Meet Information
The Wellborn Invitational Cross Country meet will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd at Wellborn Middle School. The course will consist of two loops and will have a spectator friendly finish.
Location - Wellborn Middle School: 15510 Royder Rd, College Station, TX 77845
Teams will need to use the entrance off of Wellborn Road (FM 2154).
Team tents can be set up in the grass area next to the school. Bathrooms are located on the sides of the concession stand. There will be no concessions provided.
Divisions - We will run 4 races - 7G, 7B, 8G, & 8B
Schedule
5:00 p.m. - 7th grade girls - 2 miles
5:30 p.m. - 7th grade boys - 2 miles
6:00 p.m. - 8th grade girls - 2 miles
6:30 p.m. - 8th grade boys - 2 miles
Etiquette - No spectators on the track and field, and no athletes lingering on the track and field. Once you finish racing, exit off of the field without disrupting the competing runners.
Awards - Ribbons will be given to the top ten runners in each race as they finish. There will be team plaques for 1st place.
