Invitation to 2025 Chap Relays
Dear Coaches, We would like to formally invite you to the 2024 Chap Relays that will be held Thursday March 13th, 2025 at Chaparral Stadium.
The meet will be scored 10-8-6-4-2-1 with all relay events scored double4 Divisions:
Boys:  Varsity (3 entries per event) / JV (3 entries per event)  
Girls:  Varsity (3 entries per event)  / JV (3 entries per event)
Entry Fees:  Fees are $225 per division.  Please make checks out to Westlake High School. Payment due by 2/14/23 unless bringing a check to the meet. Please let Coach Hafley know which way you will be paying.

ENTRIES:
We will be using MileSplit for entries this year. Registration will open on February, 23rd @ 12AM and all entries will be due by 10:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11th. Registration will be done through MileSplit Timed Finals
All relay teams will be randomly drawn and assigned lanes
Our format will be: 7:45 AM - Scratch Meeting
8:30 AM - Field Events Begin
8:30 AM - 3200 runs begin - VG/VB/JVG/JVB
11:30 AM - DMR - VG/VB

Chap Relays Meet Information

Bus Parking: Will send a map soon explaining parking.

Team Camps: All team camps will be located on the visitor side (East end) of the stadium

Concessions: We will have a concession stand this year.

Coaches Meeting: Held in the Chap Shed opposite end of the scoreboard 7:45 AM 8:00 AM Finals packets will be available as soon as scratches are made. There will be breakfast.

Entries: All entries are due by Tuesday March 11th at 10:00 PM at MileSplit. Scratches only please on the day of the competition.

Admission: Free

INFIELD: Please keep all food and drinks off the infield. Only athletes warming up will be allowed on the field. There will not be any parents on the infield or on the visitors side where team camps are located. At shot and disc all spectators must stay outside the fenced area.

Lunch: Will be provided at 11:30 in the Chap Shed. Please be sure to collect your meal tickets at the coaches meeting.

Awards: Team Plaques 1st place in VG,VB, JVG, JVB divisions.

Individual medals 1st- 3rd place all divisions

Award Pickup: May be done in the press box at the conclusion of the meet (home side)
