        7:15 AM / 1A-4A Varsity Girls 3200M(10 runners per team)

        7:40 AM / 1A-4A Varsity Boys 5K(10 runners per team)

        8:00 AM / 5A-6A Varsity Girls 5K(10 runners per team)

        8:30 AM / 5A-6A Varsity Boys 5K(10 runners per team)

        9:00 AM / 1A-6A JV Boys 5K(unlimited)

        9:30 AM / 1A-6A JV Girls 3200M(unlimited)

        10:00 AM / 8th MS Boys 3200M (unlimited)

        10:30 AM / 8th MS Girls 3200M(unlimited)

        11:00 AM / 7th MS Boys 3200M(unlimited)

        11:30 AM / 7th MS Girls 3200M(unlimited)

                        **JV Divisions 1A-4A & 5A-6A will be scored separately. Athletes that place in the top 15 in each division, can pick up their medal at the check in table.

                        MEET COURSE: 

                        The course features a crushed granite and grass trail that winds through a

                        wooded area behind the school and finishes on the track.Please note: The course is subject to change. A finalized course map will be

                        provided as we get closer to the event date.

                        AWARDS:

                        High School & Middle School: Individual Medals for top 15 Runners per division. Team Plaques for 1st Place teams in each division.

                        HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL ENTRIES/COST:

                        Entry Fee:

                        High School Races:

                        $25 per individual for teams less than 5 runners; $200 per event; $800 max per school

                        Middle School Races:

                        $25 per individual for teams less than 5 runners; $200 per gender; $400 max per school

                        Max of 10 runners per varsity teams

                        Only one varsity team per school

                        Unlimited JV/MS entries per team

                        All runners will be chip timed

                        We will be using RaceFar Racing Services for timing. Coaches are responsible for entering all entries on Milesplit. NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025. Entries not submitted on Milesplit.com will not be accepted.

                        Payments must be received by race day in order for your team to complete.

                        OTHER NOTES:

                        Bus Parking: Please drop off athletes in front of the stadium. Buses should then proceed to park at the designated bus loop.
                        Team Tent Area: Team tents will be located in the home side stands of the stadium. Please keep walkways clear and be respectful of shared space.
                        Spectator Parking: Spectator parking is available on the home side of the stadium. There will be plenty of opportunities to watch and cheer on athletes. For the safety of all participants, please respect the course boundaries and follow directions from meet officials. Do not jump fences or enter restricted areas.
                        Concessions: Breakfast items and other concessions will be available for purchase. Cash and credit cards accepted.
                        Check-In/Packet Pick-Up: Check-in and packet pick-up will be located at the home side concession stand. Please review your packet carefully to ensure all materials are included. Checks brought to the meet may also be submitted at this location.
                        Water & Trainers: Athletic trainers will be stationed at the finish line. Water cows will be available for all teams.
