We are pleased to invite your team to the 31st annual Hoka McNeil Cross Country Invitational held on Friday, September 19th, and Saturday, September 20th at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, TX. It is our goal to provide your team with an enjoyable and competitive experience on the best course in the state of Texas. The Old Settlers course has not only been the traditional site for the UIL State Championships for the past 28 years, but has served as the host site for numerous District Championships, USATF championships, and local 5 & 10K competitions.

The cost will be $200.00 per team PER division; or $40 per individual entry (NO REFUNDS!)

Example 1: If you enter the following divisions: Elite Gold Girls (5-7 runners for a team), Elite Gold Boys (5-7 runners for a team), JV Girls, JV Boys, the total would be $800. 

Example 2: If you enter 2 individuals into the Elite Gold Race, a boys team for the Elite Silver Race, a team for the Varsity Girls Open race, a team for the JV girls race, and a team for the JV boys race, the total would be $880. 

A TEAM consists of 5-7 runners entered in a division. Runners are counted as individuals if you enter 4 or less athletes in a division. 

High School Teams will need to enter their runners online at the following website: tx.milesplit.com. There are 2 meets listed. The McNeil Elite Invitational is for the Gold and Silver divisions and is listed as invite only. There can only be 7 runners per team entered. You will receive the password to register for that meet. The McNeil Invitational is the open meet for everyone else.

There will be a cap of 260 runners in the Gold and Silver divisions this year. This will include the Top 30 teams plus the next 50 individual runners up to 260. Please enter times from the 2024 or 2025 Cross Country season from TRUE 5k courses. Times from 3 mile courses will NOT be accepted!! Submissions for consideration for the Gold or Silver divisions are due Saturday, September 13th by 5:00 pm. In order to be considered, please make sure you have sent your times to:

You will receive a response no later than September 14th

Medals will be given to the top 15 runners in each division. Medals will be at the medal tent near the registration tent in the parking lot by the Port-A-Cans. 

Please honor the time restrictions on the Gold and Silver races by not giving the password out to anyone, or entering extra kids.

PARKING INFORMATION

All buses and team vans must enter the back entrance of the park via Old Settlers Blvd. Both Old Settlers Blvd and Hwy 79 intersect Interstate 35.  The physical address of the park is:  3300 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX.
