Summer Field Event Series #3 2025

Coaches,

We would like to invite you and your field event athletes to attend the Summer Field Event Series #1 which will be hosted on Friday (7/11).This Series will include Pole Vault (ALL OTHER FIELD EVENT ARE CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF ENTRIES). This event will be run as an open/unattached event. Therefore, athletes will be prohibited from representing their schools at this event. However, high school coaches can still register their runners, and we will switch them to unattached entries. Just note that the use of school equipment or school transportation is prohibited; no buses will be allowed on site.

Entries: Open May 22nd at Midnight & Close July 8th at Midnight

Registration: tx.milesplit.com (MUST ENTER FIELD EVENT MARK) or your athlete will be placed in the first flight. PLEASE ENTER AN HONEST MARK!

Registration Closes: Friday July 7th @ 12:00AM / Walk Up Registration Accepted - But will be placed in first flight.

Cost: $20 per entry & they will pay at the gate in order to check-in for your event. NO school payments allowed. Cash OR Check Only.

Spectator Gate: $5 per spectator
