Hereford Cross Country Invitational
Dear Coaches,
On behalf of Hereford High
School we are pleased to extend a formal invitation to you and your team for
the First Annual Cross Country Invitational. The event will take
place on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at Caviness Sportsplex
(525 S Kingwood St, Hereford, Tx. 79045)
Entry Fees:
- $8.00 per high school runner
(Varsity & JV) - Maximum of $360 per school - $5.00 per junior high runner - Maximum of $150 per school
Please make checks payable to Hereford ISD, attention: Cross
Country, and send to:
Hereford ISD, 601 N 25 Mile Ave., Hereford, TX 79045.
Event Schedule: 8:00
8:30 - Varsity Boys 5000m
9:00 - JV Girls 3200m
9:30 - JV Boys 5000m
10:00 - Junior High Girls
3200m
10:30 - Junior High Boys
3200m
The meet
will be run on a rolling schedule. As soon as a division is completed, the next
division will begin.
Varsity will be limited to 7 runners. JV and JH are
unlimited.
Site: The course will consist of
dirt and cross a few caliche roads.
Entries:
Entries will be submitted online via www.txmilesplit.com. The deadline for all entries is Thursday,
September 4th at 12:00 PM (midnight).
Final Results:
The final result sheet will be emailed to each coach following the meet. Please
ensure that I have your correct and current email address for this purpose.
Results will also be available on txmilesplit.com.
