SOUTHSIDE CARDINALS INVITATIONAL
LOCATION: SOUTHSIDE HIGH SCHOOL

ENTERIES DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20th 2025 by noon.

The meet will follow a ROLLING schedule; races will begin at 7:00 am pending daylight.
VARSITY DIVISIONS: (7 Runner Max) Top 5 runners will be scored.
Varsity Girls - 7:00 am
Varsity Boys - 7:30 am
JUNIOR VARSITY DIVISIONS: (15 Runner Max) Top 5 runners will be scored.
Junior Varsity Girls - 8:00 am
Junior Varsity Boys - 8:30 am
COURSE: Our start line will be on the Losoya Grass Football Field and the Finish will be on the High School Football Stadium Track. Our route will consist of predominately grass with some paved and gravel surfaces. Spectators are to enter through metal detectors and sit in the stadium bleachers closest to the entrance and exit. Attached is our district Carry-in policy that we will have to abide by for this event.
BE ADVISED:
Runners must complete the 2-mile mark in under 20 minutes or will be pulled off the course.

ENTRY FEES:
$125.00 per HS team that is not in the San Antonio AD Agreement.
$20.00 per individual runner if 4 or less are entered.

Team Meet Champion and Runner up for High School
PARKING: Buses will enter towards the High School side of campus and park by our gymnasium. Spectators will use the parking lots closet to the front entrance. Map attached has these locations marked.
TRAINERS: Our Southside Athletic Trainers will be located at the finish line and watching the course for any issues that may arise.
FACILITIES: Team camps are labeled on the map. Please clean up all trash when the meet is complete. Restrooms will be located on the spectator side of the football stadium for athletes and spectators.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Please check your email before you leave for our meet. All changes and/or cancellations will be communicated through email immediately.
