Report Time:
All runners should report to the area behind the starting line at least 10 minutes before their
race.

Course Map:
Please see the attached course map. Printed maps will not be provided at the meet, so youll
need to print them beforehand if desired.
Team Arrival and Campsites
Set up team camps above the starting line, avoiding the townhome patio/green space. Security
will be present to enforce this.
Please keep all camps away from the greens.
Clean up campsites after your district finishes its races.
Transportation
Bus Drop-Off: North of the clubhouse (see map)
Long-term parking at Horizon High School, near tennis courts (14651 Horizon Blvd, 79928).
Awards
Location: Outside the clubhouse following the completion of each district's races.
Trophies and medals presented for team and individual awards
Scoring & Timing
Bibs contain timing chips. Handle with care.
Race bibs must be clearly displayed, pinned at all four corners on the front of the jersey (chest
area).
Important: Runners must complete the race with their bib number.
Arrow Live Results
Race Structure
Teams will start from the assigned boxes. Each box is 5 feet wide, enough for your top three
runners to be on the line with the rest of your team behind them.
Runners without teams (those with fewer than five runners) will have a designated space on the
left side of the start line.
Finish Line Protocol
A finish chute will be in place. Runners will cross the line and move into the recovery area.
Water will be provided only for runners after they finish, as they pass through the recovery
area.
Please ensure that your athletes do not return to the finish line after completing their race.
Results will be posted on TxMileSplit, and lingering near the finish line may skew the timing
system, delaying results.
Golf Cart Policy
Golf carts available only to meet directors and officials.
Coaches, parents, and spectators may not check out carts.
Officials will shuttle course monitors before races begins.

Must remain off the course, greens, start line, and finish line. No pets permitted. Spectators should
respect our guidelines as the continued use of this course depends on it
Media
Designated media areas available near the finish line. Remain off the course.
Cleanliness
Garbage bags will be distributed.
Teams are responsible for cleaning their camps before departure.
