Entry Fee: Entry fee is $300 per gender team. Example: Both Boys and Girls Team = $600 $25.00 for individual entries up to 10 entries.
Entry Deadline: Meet entry deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
Meet Admission:$10.00 General Admissions, $5.00 Senior Citizens 65+, $1.00 Children, Free Admissions TXST Students and Staff. Parking day passes will need to be purchased for Thursday either at Pay-to-Park station or purchased in advance onhttps://www.parking.txst.edu/visitors.html Over Flow parking will be available in the parking lot west of UFCU Bobcat Stadium.
Weight & Measures: Implement inspection will OPEN 2 hours before and CLOSE 1 hour prior to the event. All athletes will take their implements at the end of the competition.
Heat Sheets: Meet information, heat sheets and updates will be available online https://txst.com/sports/track-and-field
Team Parking: Will be located on the grass lot at 1330 Thorpe Lane on the back side of the stadium.
Facilities: Texas State University Track and Field Complex and UFCU Bobcat Stadium (Football Field)
Team Camps: Team Camps WILL NOT be allowed in the stands. WE WILL BE UTILIZING BOBCAT STADIUM. Please refer to emails during the week for instructions on team camp locations.
Practice & Warm up: The use of the track facility for warm up will ONLY be allowed at the conclusion of the College Hammer throw! Warm up for track events will not be allowed on track, must warm up on the football field. Always pay attention to safety while throwing events are practicing or competing.
Event Check In: Running events will check in at the check-in tent behind the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Field events check in at respective area event 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
