*Team Champion plaque will be awarded for each division; medals will be awarded 1st - 3rd for individual
events & Relay teams.
* A maximum of four entries is permitted per field and running event and one relay team per division.
*Athletes may be entered into a maximum of 5 events in their designated division which includes relays.
* Three attempts for horizontal jumps and throws (high jump/pole vault three attempts per height)
* Scratches only for field/running events (Changes to relays are acceptable/possible consolidations
of heats)
*Running events will be auto timed. Results provided to Head Coaches & posted on TXMilesplit
*Warm-up permitted in the infield area for running events (after completion of Discus); check-in will be done at the event start area (field & running)
* Visiting teams will be assigned one field event to officiate per divisions.
*Meet fees are $75 per MS meet division and $100 per Varsity division (Example: MS Boys & MS Girls = $150

* A hospitality area for coaches and meet workers will be set up in the press box by 7:00AM
* A list of those who will not be riding on a team bus must be sent into the meet director NLT Noon March 25, 2026, it will be added on the Campus Access list. Spectators will be charged a fee
at the front gate via QR code link or purchased off of the on SMH
