Schedule

Running begins at 8:15 AM (Rolling Schedule)

High School Divisions

• Varsity Boys - 5000m

• Varsity Girls - 3200m

• JV Boys - 5000m

• JV Girls - 3200m

Middle School Division

Running begins at 4:45 PM Due to Traffic during end of school day dismisal.

7th and 8th grades will be combined races.

• JH Girls - 3200m

• JH Boys - 3200m

Entries

We will use TX MileSplit for entries. Please have all entries submitted by Monday, September 14th at 11:00 PM.

Awards

• Top 10 finishers in each division will receive medals.

• A team champion plaque will be awarded in each division.

Entry Fees

• High School: $125 per division

• Middle School: $75 per division

• Maximum of 20 entries per team

  JH Division: Over 50 runners will be considered a 2nd team

• Individuals: $25 per athlete

Additional Information

• A concession stand will be available throughout the meet with a variety of food and drinks.

• If your team is interested in meal deals, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. I will send out the meal options and pricing as soon as I receive the information from our Booster Club.

• A course map and campus map will be sent out closer to the meet.

• To help us maintain the facilities, please encourage parents and spectators to stay off the football field.

• Bus Parking: All buses will park in the open field near the shot put and discus areas.

• Spectator Parking: Parents and spectators will not be allowed to drive past the softball field concession stand.
