TCA MS Ribbons Only Practice Meet

Dear Coaches:
Thank you for accepting our invitation to the TCA MS Practice Meet. The meet will be held February 24th, the entry fee for the meet will be $150 per school (7th and 8th girls; 7th and 8th grade boys). For teams under 10 athletes, we will charge $15 per athlete. The meet will be limited to 7 teams. Please make checks payable to: Trinity Christian Academy, Attn: Brian Snow, 4954 East I-20 Service Road South, Willow Park, Tx, 76087.
Scratch Meeting/Entries:
The scratch meeting will be held in the field house locker room from 3:00-3:30. All heat and lane assignments will be on a first come first serve basis. You will sign up your athletes at the scratch meeting. Only 1 relay per team per grade and gender. Normal NCAA rules apply. Athletes may compete in 3 events including relays. The 2400 Run will begin at 4:00. All other running events will begin at 4:30.
Coaches and athletes only will be allowed on the infield or the competition areas. Spectators are to remain in the spectator areas.
Field Events - We will not be hosting field events.
Timing: This is an informal running Only meet. Coaches will be responsible for recording times for their respective athletes, and results will not be recorded, nor points calculated. TCA will provide an announcer, starter, clerk, and exchange/cut-in judges.
Awards: Ribbons will be awarded for first-sixth places.
Track Surface: All-weather. Spikes should not be longer than inch. Absolutely no tape on track or runways.
