Coaches,

All entries will be submitted on TX MileSplit. The deadline for entries is Friday, October 9th at 5:00PM. 

As entries will be submitted through TX MileSplit, please still complete the UIL entry form below as a backup in case we encounter any issues with online entries. This is only required for Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys. Please complete these forms and email them to me (quenten.lasseter@decaturisd.us) no later than Friday, Oct. 9th at 5:00 PM.

The alternates you list on your varsity form will be allowed to compete in the JV division if they do not need to run on your varsity.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

The top three teams and the top 10 individuals shall qualify from district to the regional meet. An individual qualifier may also be a team member of one of the qualifying teams.

RACE SCHEDULE

• VG: 9:00 AM

• VB: 9:30 AM

• JVG: 10:00 AM

• JVB: 10:30 AM

• Awards: 11:30 AM under the pavilion

Additional Information:

• Check-in and bib pick-up will be located at the finish line tent

• Coaches meeting at 8:00 AM located under the pavilion 

• Each school must provide 2 course monitors

• At the coaches meeting we will assign course monitors and random draw for boxes

Decatur will submit the District Meet results to the Regional Meet Director immediately following the meet.

Each school is individually responsible for all Regional entry fees.
