4.Rules and Regulations

A. Uniform-school issued

B. Unlimited JV entries (seniors may participate on JV)

C. ***Watches: Apple watches along with other watches the Meet Referee deems illegal will not be allowed during competition at the state meet. A runner wearing an Apple watch during the state meet may be disqualified.

D. Meet Referee makes all final decisions
