Times: 7:30 am Varsity Boys
8:00 am Varsity Girls
8:30 am JVBoys
9:00 am JV Girls (2 Miles)
The above times are guidelines.
We will start the following race as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
BE ADVISED: This 3-mile course could be considered extremely challenging for some runners. Meaning, it is
not a flat course, there are hills and several areas with rough terrain and uneven surfaces.
Runners must complete the 2-mile mark in under 20 minutes or will be pulled off the course.
Entries:
Varsity Competition: Limited to a maximum of 10 competitors in each division.
JV Competition: Only 15 runners will be timed through V Fit Productions.
You may run an unlimited number of runners, but only 15 will receive official times.
Coaches will be responsible to time all other runners.
Schools may only enter one team per division.
Deadline: All entries must be submitted on MileSplit by Wednesday, September 9th noon.
Parking: All Bus Parking will be on the west side across from the pool.
Maps: Maps are attached as well as on site.
Check-in: Coaches should check-in and acquire necessary materials at the finish line located on the northwest end of the softball field.
Trainer: Trainers will be located near the finish line. See map.
Please provide your own water bottles, we will have water accessible for athletes to refill their water bottles.
Facilities: ALL COACHES, ATHLETES, AND SPECTATORS ARE ASKED TO PROPERLY DISPOSE OF
THEIR TRASH.

Team Camps: Camps may be set up under the middle of the park by the volleyball courts.
Coaches, please ensure that athletes are supervised at the campsite, and all trash is properly disposed of at the completion of the meet.
