Online Registration Instructions
The format of this meet is a 2 person coed 5mile relay. We will have a mile loop. Each girl will run a total 2 miles (boys will run 3 miles), but they will alternate so they are only running 1 mile at a time. The order of the relay will look like Boy - Girl - Boy- Girl- Boy. EMAIL TIMER (Stylesathleticperformance@gmail.com) HOW MANY RELAYS YOU ARE BRINGING! The cost is $10 per runner. If you have a extra runner they can run at the same time as their teammate. Each runner runs 1 mile each leg ( order boy-girl-boy-girl-boy )

Make checks payable to Windthorst CC.
Send entry fees to: Windthorst High School c/o Heather Stark or pay at meet registration.
Course Location Windthorst High School Track, behind the school. Buses park at softball/baseball fields.
