Registration (Club House): 2:15 pm
HS Girls: 2 Miles - 2:45 pm
HS Boys: 3 Miles - 3:15 pm
JH Girls: 2 Miles - 3:45 pm
JH Boys: 2 Miles - 4:15 pm
Awards: The first ten runners in every division will receive a medal. All races in every division will be timed and scored. Results will be emailed upon completion of the meet.
Meet Entries: Entries will be done on-line using txmilesplit.

Entries will open August 12, 2026 at midnight and are due by Friday October 2, 2026 @ 6:00 pm
Entry Fees: Entry fee is $10 per runner (max fee $320) to be paid at meet registration on October 6th.

Course Location: Stratford Country Club, 2 miles west of Stratford on Highway 54 off 5495 County Rd N
** This is a private golf course, please instruct athletes to stay off of the greens and tee boxes. Please use the porta pots and keep athletes and fans out of the Club House. Thanks for your assistance in this.
Buses please turn around and park on the West side of the road headed out, parking is limited.
