Coach Reminders:
1. Please have your Varsity
district entries to Olton 5 days prior to the
meet, which is October 8th, 5pm. (Scan the Cross Country District Meet Entry
Form from the UIL Website.) Enter your varsity entries on Mile Split as well.
2. Enter your athletes (junior
high and JV) at Mile Split, no need to send a
paper copy of sub varsity runners
3. All runners will have an id
tag and pins supplied by SPATO.Please
make sure these are attached to the front of the runner's jersey.
4. Each school will need to
provide 3 course monitors.Meet at the
trailer near the finish line to pick up packet and receive assignments. Award
presentations will be at the finish line following the JV girl's race and the
junior high boy's race.
5. Before you leave, coaches
with qualifiers please make sure your athletes names are spelled correctly and
classifications are correct.This is for
the regional certification.
