Ysleta Cutoff Classic Meet Info
Course and Start times: please see attached map.
Registration closes 9/2/2026 @ 7:00 PM
Packet pickup will be located at the finish line:
Bib numbers will need to be worn on the lower hip. Will decide which one once we have the finish line set up, and you will be told at packet pickup. Please tell athletes not to bend chips on timing bibs as they will not work if they do this and the system will miss them as they finish.
We will wave-start the Open and Freshmen Divisions.
Awards: Top 30 runners in each race will receive a medal. Medals will be handed out at the finish line. Please remind athletes they must go all the way through the chute and may not be scored if they fall out or get passed in the chute.
Bus Parking will be located at Del Valle Elementary.
Please get your bus driver's contact information for pickup.
Team Camps: Please make sure camps are not in the way of the course. This is a new area this year so we will ask you to please police your area for trash and also watch where you set up in relation to the course itself.
Concessions will be available.
Parent Parking may be difficult as we have many teams attending, so they need to be aware of where they are parking and to not impede any traffic.
Results: Will be posted on Milesplit at the conclusion of the races. Finalized official results will be posted that evening after the competition.
