Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
St. Thomas Episcopal is having its cross country meet on Saturday, October
8th. We would love for you and your team to join us, so please mark your
calendar. The meet will be held at 4900 Jackwood St. Houston, Texas; 77096
and will be run along Braes Bayou Trail which is a half a mile south from
our schools location.
The Top 15 of each Varsity Race and Middle School Race will get a medal;
Top Two teams will get trophies. Top 10 for the JV races; Top Team - a
trophy. We will send out additional information later if you are
interested. We will be using athletic.net to sign up for the meet. If you
have any questions about the meet email Bret Ramsey at
ramsey.bret@stes.org or bret_ramsey@yahoo.com . We will be using a rolling
schedule, so start times will be tentative.
Parking: Parking will be at 4900 Jackwood in the east parking lot
diagonally across from the school. Signs will posted where to park.
Entry Fee: High School -$50 per individual team per division; $10 per
individual runner. Middle School - $35 per individual team per division;
$7 per individual. If your Middle School Girls Team or Boys Team has 10 or
more runners then it will $50 for that team. Max entry fee for any school
is $175. Please make all checks payable to St. Thomas Episcopal. All Fees

8:30 a.m.: Varsity Boys 5,000 meters
9:00 a.m.: Varsity Girls 3200 meters
9:30 a.m.: JV Boys 3200 meters
10:00 a.m. JV Girls 3200 meters
10:30 a.m. Middle School Boys 2400 meters
11:00 a.m. Middle School Girls 2400 meters
