Ricardo Banks of Cypress Falls ran a 10:06.98 to win the Ram Tough Relays on Saturday afternoon. The time was only slightly over his PR of 9:54.91. Banks also followed up that performance with a 4th place finish in the 1600m running 4:42.97.
