Southlake Runs Strong At Clovis
Recap
- Southlake took the trip out to California this weekend to race at the Clovis Invitational where both teams ran in the Championship races. The girls received third place as a team, in a staked field, racing against some nationally ranked teams. The great Oak girls won lead by Destiny Collins who ran 17:36 for the win. South lake was lead by senior Allison Esparza who finished in 18:27. On the guys side Reed Brown finished 13th running 15:32. The team finished 11th scoring 299 points, this was all with out their second runner Charlie Gardner.
