How's your training so far this year?

Training is tough, but it's going well. I'm working extremely hard and its injury free so I'm happy about that. I have alove/hate relationship with training because I love the feeling of getting better and working for my goals, but I hate how I'm laid out after almost every practice. However, it's a necessary step I'm wiling to take to be great.

What are you looking forward to the most about Seattle and competing in Brooks PR?
