A&M Consolidated's Duncan Phillips, a Class 5A state champion in cross country in 2005, recently signed to run for the University of Arkansas.
Joining Phillips are: Consol athletics director Jim Slaughter, Consol boys track and field coach Mike Skinner, father Kenny Phillips, and grandfather Ginn Black.
