Riley Richards holds the top returning mark in the pole vault at 16-6. The China Springs junior has already competed three times this year at the Pole Vault Explosion VII, Texas A&M Indoor High School Classic and the National Pole Vault Summit. His mark of 16-4 from the Pole Vault Explosion meet ranks U.S. #4.
