Her wind-legal season's best PR of 13.04 from Texas Relays still stands as U.S. #2 only behind Cheltenham Pennslvyinna's Chanel Brissett. Marshall will also see a challenge from collegiates and fellow Texan and 6A sate champion Alexis Duncan.
