The Donaldson Relays had some very close races during the entire meet. How better of a way to end the meet than with two close and exciting race?
Well, that's exactly how it played out.
In the girl 4x400 relay, things looked decided after the first leg. Fort Bend Bush put their top girl on first leg and they had a major lead. Jersey Village and Aldine Eisenhower would spend the last three legs trying to chip away.

The boys race was just as exciting as the girls race was if not more so. Klein Collins, Cy-Ridge, and Aldine MacArthur were going at it leg for leg.
This race was not decided until the last 5 meters.
