Girls Performers Of The Week - 9/27 - 09/29/2018


This weekend was as big of a weekend as we have had all season long for cross country. The weather was kinder to us than the recent past allowing some important races to facilitate a little insight into the condition of the individual and team capabilities.

State meet and NXR South pictures were supposed to get a little clearer, but ended up becoming even more perplexing.


Nonetheless, the performances were top notch all across the state.

Before, we get to the polls for the week, let's take a look at last week's poll winners.

Denton Guyer sophomore Brynn Brown generated 2,312 votes with her 17:03 3 mile race to win the girls individual poll with a 37.78% grab of the vote beating out the nearest vote earner London Culbreath. In the team poll, it was Cypress Bridgeland winning the poll. The second year program used a big time win at the 

Brenham Hillacious Invitational. The Lady Bears win came over ranked teams such as Katy Tompkins, The Woodlands, and Kingwood
