Kennedy Wade and Breanna Clark go 1-2 in the 800m at the Ruben Jordan Classic
Last week, we put out the team averages in the distance events. It showed how good some of these teams are in these events.
It also showed how they run so well or would run well in the 4x800, DMR, and 4x1600 Relays. The distance depth this past cross country season was unbelievable and it is great to see it continue on into the track season.
Girls
The Clear Falls girls take over the 800m top spot with Kennedy Wade and Breanna Clark both dropping 2:12s this weekend at the Ruben Jordan Classic. They surpassed DeSoto who may not be as top heavy as Clear Falls, but they are even throughout.
Both teams have superb team averages and possible 4x800 relay capabilities; Clear Falls checks in with a 9:15.55 total time and DeSoto's total is 9:18.71.
