Round Rock senior Hayden Gray didn't stop training when COVID-19 ended competition; his training has continued despite being able to challenge for a state title.
Gray recentely signed to run college at Brigham Young University (BYU). Heading into the 2020 track and field season, his PRs were 1:54.96 in the 800m and 4:23.56.
This cross country season, he PRed at 15:08.10 at the UIL state cross country meet when he finished 11th. This track season he lowered his best in the 1600m to 4:20.22 on March 7th at the Round Rock Invitational
