Coach Nick Benton's squad is ready for the second half of the 2020 cross country season. His girls team isn't far removed from their 2018 UIL 6A state championship and his boys team believes this might be their year to bring one home.

They tune up with an early season interval workout  as they dropped several 400m repeats with a recovery jog in between them.

Workout:

Girls - 12 X 400m with a 400m active recovery

Boys - 16 X 400m with a 400m active recovery
