The junior class is just as impactful in cross country every year as the senior class; this year they could be even more so than usual.
The junior class girls has been as fast, strong, and talented as any class in the recent past through their first two years. Year three for the class of 2024 could be the season they rule even more.
The girls have 10 returners who have run 18:00 or faster and another 10 girls who are still under 18:30. This isn't just a concentrated group of girls. They range from the Austin area, DFW, Houston area, West Texas, and the Rio Grande Valley. It also has a 1A competitor and a SPC runner in the mix.
