Toby Eaton won the MileSplit TX Performer of the Week Poll two weeks ago thanks to his outstanding running this cross country season. He has won two races in a row and shows strong signs of consistency this season.
The Mansfield Legacy junior began his season by PRing at the Waxahachie Woodhouse Invitational when he ran 15:43. From there, he kept getting better; he ran 15:40 at the Southlake Carroll XC Invite, then 15:45 on a hilly course for the Burleson Elk Run XXII (which he won the POW poll for), and then last weekend, he ran a new 15:29 PR at his home meet.
This weekend, he will try to make it three in a row.
