The Meet of Champions is a huge event with the opportunity to be known as the best in the Rio Grande Valley area.
The individuals and teams practice all season long to compete in this meet and then move on for the fastly approaching championship season.
Ayden Granados (McAllen Memorial) and San Juanita Leal (Edinburg North) won the individual awards this year and now they are focusing their sights on getting to the state meet and then the national level qualifying events that follow.
