There are five girls in West Texas who return with sub 21-minute performances from the 2022 cross country season. 

Amanya Mendoza (Frenship), Rocio Almanza (Midland Legacy), Zyla Deshone (Frenship), Zoe Escobar (Midland Legacy), and Garcia Briannah (Odessa Permian) look to be the top returning performers for the upcoming 2023 season.
