Clear Springs continues to roll in the 4x800 relay by winning the Bluebonnet Inv. with a time of 7:46.31. A poised and patient race by the quartet turned into a blazing 1:53.36 anchor leg to push their Texas leading mark lower and lower to a new TX all-time No. 6 mark.
A push from Katy Cinco Ranch, Iowa Colony, and Strake Jesuit helped pace Clear Springs and helped lead them to a new meet record. A scary thought is that this Chargers squad doesn't even look like they've reached their peak potential.

Cinco Ranch joined the sub eight-minute barrier with their 7:51.80 for runner-up, but had to watch their meet record fall. Iowa Colony was third in 8:00.94 and Dallas Jesuit won heat one and was narrowly over eight minutes with a 8:01.94.
