Holliday's Tyce Whittington (10.84) and Comanche's Alex Terrell (10.88) round out a tight group in the 100m, with Bushland's Slade Perry not far behind. Perry is also second in the 200m (22.06) and appears consistently in the top three across multiple sprint meets. In the quarter-mile, Vernon senior Jackson Aydelott has posted a dominant series of performances, including a 48.11 that puts him well ahead of the pack. His marks in the 400m are some of the fastest in Texas 3A.
