The Nike South Invitational is this weekend, Friday to be exact. Yes, I said that right, Nike South is this weekend and on Friday, not the last Saturday of the month/first of October, per usual. The other change is that the site is no longer at Bear Branch Park in The Woodlands; rather, it will be in College Station at Texas A&M's Dale Watts Cross-Country course.
We've known this for a couple of months, since the announcement by Juris Green, the head coach at The Woodlands. The change is official for the Nike Cross Regionals South meet later in the season as well.
