Houston, Texas - Cedric Perry placed ninth in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles and was among seven Tornados who posted a season-best time in a sprinting event to pace the Concordia University Texas men's track & field team at the Texas Southern Relays held on March 18-19 at the Alexander Durley Sports Complex.
