This past spring taught Grace Forbes a lot about herself. As one of the top runners in the NCAA, she's learned exactly what she wants from running, and life.

Multiple eventual state champions took to a muddy course at the 2018 Spiked Shoe Invitational.

Haven won its first state title in the 4x8 last year.

Taryn Parks went 4:42 for second and Grace Forbes went 4:44 for sixth in Seattle!
