Dear Coach,
The BRAZOSPORT HIGH SCHOOL ATHELETIC DEPATRMENT would like to extend an invitation to you and your track teams to the 62nd Annual GULF COAST RELAYS. The relays will be held a Hopper Field in Freeport on Friday March 25th, 2011.
We will have a two division meet with both varsity boys and girls. We will run prelims and finals, with the field events starting at approximately 12:00, prelims 3:30 and finals beginning at about 7:00. A fish and shrimp dinner will be fed for coaches and workers at approximately 5:30. If you are interested in the Relays please contact Chris Steger (Boys Coach) as soon as possible. We will limit the number or teams to 14 in each division. The entry fee of $175.00 and $5 meal tickets per athlete (if desired) should be paid upon arrival or before hand.
