The Tascosa Lady Rebels, behind freshman Hollee Ratliff’s individual victory and seniors Sarah Cobb and Haley Clark’s third- and fifth-place finishes, pulled off a big upset Friday in winning the 39th Annual AISD City Cross Country Meet at Thompson Park with a score of 25 points.The Amarillo High Lady Sandies, who had won at least the previous 18 city meets, took second with 30 points.
