Devin Clark tops in Texas with 17:26 run down in San Antonio

US #18 ranked Devin Clark of Smithson Valley and defending Texas 5A state champ Paige Hofstad of New Braunfels faced off in a race of arguably the state's two best distance runners runners in San Antonio this past weekend. Clark, the 4:46 miler, was able to distance herself from the 10:25 two miler Hofstad for a 10 second win with the fastest 5K time in Texas so far with a 17:26 clocking at the UTSA Richard Romo Classic.
