Entry Procedures:
ENTRY DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 3RD AT NOON. Tompkins will be using the online entry format for TrackMate 6.60 for the 2017 Bubba Fife Relays. All participating schools will receive an email with log in instruction and a meet code directly from the Sports Automation website (at www.microsport.com) and use it to enter contestants. If you do not receive an email and code, please email me at jeremiahadye@katyisd.org

Entry Fee:
$100.00 per Team -- Boys and Girls would be a $200 entry fee. Please mail entry fee checks before meet to be received by March 3rd. School districts that are members of the athletic directors agreement will be $50 a team for a total of $100 per school with boys and girls. Please send checks as early as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.

These awards will be based on votes by coaches (not points scored)

Team Camps
All team camps will be set up on the south side of the athletic facility behind the concession stand. There will be no camps inside the track stadium and only athletes preparing for an event will be allowed on the infield. Please be aware that this area will not have a security officer at all times and valuables need to be somewhere that they will not be stolen.
