Meet Information
Dear Coach,
We would like to invite you to our 2018 Wolverine Winter Relays to be held on Friday, February 9,
2018 at Clear Brook HS. We will be running a Relay formatted meet. We hope you will attend.
Entry Fees: The fee will be $50.00 per team in the Athletic Agreement and $75.00 for Non-
Athletic Agreement teams.

We will be awarding medals for the top three finishers in each event. We will give a Team
Champion plaque to the top team in each division. Awards will be put in the coaches packets.
Entries:
We will be using a timing system and all entries will be made online. Entries will close on
Thursday, Feb 8th at 6pm.
Parking:
All buses will need to park in the parking lot located adjacent to the Tennis courts. Please do not
parking buses in the teacher parking lot like we have in the past. You may drop off athletes in the
teacher parking lot but no parking. More information on parking will be given at a later date.
Concessions & Restrooms will be available for your athletes.
Housekeeping:
Team camps will be located in the visiting stands or behind the visiting stands and in the gated
area adjacent to the visiting stands.
